Globber 3 Wheel Primo Fantasy Lights

This Globber My Free Fantasy Scooter features a printed deck and light up front wheels. It has an adjustable T-Bar handle bar as well as a steering lock button on the front of the deck which activates the steering locking system to make learning easier.
